Most neck pillows on Amazon use a cheap thermofoam, this feels OK at first, but after a few weeks it becomes floppy.
For the Cervicogenic Headache cushion, we use a high density memory foam (similar to what is used in premium mattresses).
This material costs a bit more – but it gives you a cushion that will last much longer.

I really didn’t think it would help, but I was desperate enough to give it a try. I have had 25 years of waking up almost every morning with a cervicogenic headache. Since using this pillow for a week, I have only had one morning with a headache, and that’s because I had rolled off of it. So yeah…this pillow works. I’m amazed…truly amazed. I had forgotten what starting my day pain free felt like. Big thanks to whoever designed this pillow!
Positives:
-The pillow is designed perfectly. It really takes pressure off my neck which in turn prevents my headaches.
-The foam is really good quality, hasn’t lost its shape after 8 months.
Negatives:
-Delivery took 10 days
Got this product 4 months ago, and I still use it every day.
I’ve actually tried 2 orthopedic pillows before which did nothing for my headaches so I had my doubts that this would do anything for me. However, after using it daily, it has been a tremendous help to me.
I’m removing 1 star because delivery took slightly longer than I’d hope (11 days)
My wife ordered this item a year ago, and I haven’t regretted it.
I ordered something similar off of Amazon but the material was really poor quality so I was slightly skeptical about this pillow. Despite my initial skepticism, it has reduced my symptoms by a decent amount.
It was shipped to us in 5 days.
