The difference in my sleep quality since I started using this pillow is remarkable. I still have a headache here and there, but they’re significantly less frequent. It supports my neck well and alleviates much of the tension I’ve felt previously. The only downside is that it feels a bit on the expensive side, but for the quality, I’d say it’s worth it.
