I’ve had occipital neuralgia for a decade and in that time, I’ve tried everything on the market to get a decent night’s sleep.
Neck pillows, v-pillows, wedge pillows. None have worked greatly for me.
This was suggested to me by someone on a fb group and, to my surprise, it has helped a lot.
It’s not a miracle cure, I still get my symptoms.
But I would say that I have about 60% less pain in the mornings when I sleep using this pillow.
Used this for 1 year so far and it is still in good shape.
Hasn’t lost any density even though it has been heavily used.
I definitely feel less symptoms in the morning since I started sleeping with this.
So now I am ordering a 2nd one for the sofabed.
PS: It came vacuum-packed and compressed – which was a bit unusual. But once I got it out of the packaging it had a normal shape.
