The Occipital Roller is a tool that we have developed to help you remove tension from your occipital nerves, whenever you have a flare-up.
The roller allows you to massage your trigger areas, and apply different levels of pressure until you feel a benefit.
Also, the roller is portable so you can bring it with you anywhere and use it when you feel a flare-up coming.

The occipital roller is flexible but strong enough to really hit the trigger points and gave me relief from my neuralgia.
The massager balls are a silicone material but not at all flimsy and have just the right amount of cushion for its purpose and it flexes enough to easily adjust from my neck to my husbands whose is much broader.

Best $30 I’ve spent in years.

Most people with Occipital Neuralgia recognise when a flare-up of symptoms is about to start.
Normally you just have to either grab some painkillers or put up with the pain and discomfort.
But with the Occipital Roller, you will have an alternative – which will allow you to massage away the tension in your occipital nerves in just a few minutes.
This was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend (I am a retired person)
but I tried one at my sister’s house and it worked so well for my neuralgia that I had to have it.
It fits in my handbag, not too heavy and I take it wherever I’m going.
VERY USEFUL TOOL. I DO IT FOR 3 MINUTES AND IT PREVENTS MY FLAREUPS FROM GETTING WORSE.

I bought a few massage tools for my occipital neuralgia (2 electric shiatsu ones and this roller) and the Occipital roller was the most effective out of the 3.
The trick is to be gentle when massaging your nerves, don’t press hard on them. Takes a few tries to get right, but once you do, it makes living with ON a lot easier.
