How Does It Work?
The occipital roller is flexible but strong enough to really hit the trigger points and gave me relief from my neuralgia.
The massager balls are a silicone material but not at all flimsy and have just the right amount of cushion for its purpose and it flexes enough to easily adjust from my neck to my husbands whose is much broader.
I take this roller with me everywhere and I really feel a benefit when I use it at the start of a flare-up.
This roller helps me a lot.
I normally start to feel my neuralgia symptoms around noon. And I find that if I massage with the roller for 5 minutes – I either have zero or much less pain than usual.

This was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend (I am a retired person)
but I tried one at my sister’s house and it worked so well for my neuralgia that I had to have it.
It fits in my handbag, not too heavy and I take it wherever I’m going.
VERY USEFUL TOOL. I DO IT FOR 3 MINUTES AND IT PREVENTS MY FLAREUPS FROM GETTING WORSE.

I bought a few massage tools for my occipital neuralgia (2 electric shiatsu ones and this roller) and the Occipital roller was the most effective out of the 3.
The trick is to be gentle when massaging your nerves, don’t press hard on them. Takes a few tries to get right, but once you do, it makes living with ON a lot easier.
