HOW ARE CLEVIVE PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?
Our products reflect our belief that health should be simple, affordable, and available to everyone.
Our mission is to help people with unique health conditions to manage their pain at home without spending thousands on surgeries, pain pills, physical therapies, etc.
And we are not going to accomplish that by offering mediocre products. We spend thousands of hours each year researching how to adapt pillows, massagers and pain management products to help people with their health conditions.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our standard shipping rate for US / UK / Australia is $2.95, and free delivery when you spend $59.
For most other countries, delivery is $3.95 and free delivery when you spend over $65.
Total shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping processing time.
Once your order is placed, our products will typically ship out from our fulfilment center within 1~3 business days. We ship on Monday to Friday, weekend orders will ship on Monday.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For most countries, tax and customs fees are already included in the price.
For Canada, Cyprus, Ireland, Israel, Malta, Norway, Puerto Rico and South Africa, there is an additional charge (calculated at checkout) to cover the import duty and handling fees charged by our courier.

It takes time to help reduce the inflammation below the surface of the skin or to work through the muscle cramps you have had for many weeks, months, or years.
Some users experience relief really quickly while others need more time. This is based on your body and the nature of your condition.
Some products (pillows, massagers) can feel a bit unusual at first — but once they become part of your daily health routine they can make a big difference.

In addition, according to Google Analytics, 57% of our customers come back to buy something else within 6 months. We achieve this loyalty by selling the best designed products and trying to solve any customer issues ASAP.
In addition, we try to be as specific as possible in our marketing. While other companies will try to sell you ‘miracle’ cures which will fix all your problems overnight, we aim to be more realistic.
We design our products based on listening to people with unique health problems and spending tens of thousands of dollars each year on testing to find what works for each condition.
Very few people with chronic pain conditions will ever be 100% cured but their pain can be managed and reduced with some small lifestyle adaptations (pillows, massagers, supplements etc.) and our goal is to help you achieve that.
CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS ON AMAZON?
Unfortunately we do not sell on Amazon as the health market on Amazon is dominated by Chinese companies who use fake reviews.
In addition, Amazon charges huge fees for sellers to advertise. So for us to sell on Amazon, we would have to increase our prices by 40-50%. We don’t think this is fair to our customers.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/REFUNDS?
In the rare event of a defective product, we offer a full refund.
If you have simply changed your mind on the order, we offer a partial refund minus a restocking fee.
