I got diagnosed with cervical stenosis 5 years ago and I’ve had a lot or trouble and pain when sleeping and waking up.
Normally I would take a strong painkiller before bed, but with this pillow – I can actually get to sleep without to much pain.
The pillow was a little bit unusual to use at first, but after a few days I got used to it. Now after 3 months of using it – I can’t imagine sleeping without it.
For the first time in years, I wake up without my stenosis pain. I still get pain in the evenings but this pillow has been a massive improvement to my life.
My daughter purchased this pillow to help with my cervical stenosis and it has been a great help.
Since I developed stenosis- it would take me an hour to fall to sleep because of the pain. With this pillow I fall asleep after a few minutes.
It takes a lot of pressure off of my neck.

I wasn’t sure if this pillow would make a difference, I’ve tried so many others, but it has been a game-changer for my cervical stenosis. I am really pleased with the support and comfort it offers.
this pillow has really helped me with my cervical stenosis. It’s a great pillow for those suffering from this condition. Only negative was that USPS delivered it 2 days later than expected 🙁 Other than that, would buy again
