The pillows are the best I’ve found for fibromyalgia. I’ve even bought more to keep as spares when the other is in the wash.
The accupressure mat hurts at first but I do feel some benefit from it.
This kit was recommended by the fibromyalgia support group I’m in on Facebook and so far I’ve had great results.
I sleep better and have less pain throughout the day.
Pillows are great. Really good for fibro.
Accupressure mat is weird but helpful.
These 3 products have made a huge difference for my fibromyalgia.
The pillows are part of my daily sleeping routine. The accupressure is something you must start slow with, increasing by a minute each time.
But after a month, I can lie on it for the 10 minutes and I get a huge benefit from it.
