Your old pillow is not helping you
People with ON can reduce their discomfort by using a suitable pillow.
Unfortunately, many people buy the wrong type of pillow.
Most popular neck pillows (traction & wedge) put too much pressure on the occipital nerves.
This can make your symptoms even worse.
Designed for Occipital Neuralgia
To fix this, we made a pillow that distributes your weight evenly – onto your shoulders and head.
This prevents pressure building up on the occipital nerves.
The pillow also prevents you from rolling your head into an improper position while you sleep.
These 2 things can allow you to sleep without interruption and wake up with less pain & irritation.

I’ve tried everything to get a decent night’s sleep. Neck pillows, v-pillows, wedge pillows.

None have worked greatly for me.
This was recommended on a FB group and, to my surprise, it’s helped a lot.
It’s no miracle cure, but I‘d say that I feel about 60% less discomfort in the mornings when I sleep with this pillow.
If you are looking for a pillow which can actually make a difference with your occipital neuralgia, then this is the one for you.
– Imagine feeling less pain & irritation when you wake up.
– Sleeping without interruption your head didn’t roll into a bad position.
–Having less irritation all day because you have removed one of main triggers of ON flare-ups.
You can achieve this with just one simple change:
Switch to a using a pillow which is designed for people with Occipital Neuralgia.
Purchased this pillow as I suffer from ON and it radiates to my traps most days and up my left side of my head. Day 3 and so far so good, even when side sleeping (my favorite position). Haven’t woken from the pain in the back of my head (though sometimes I can feel it when laying down no matter what I use, so i do slightly feel it when first waking up but it is not as dreadful and I did not wake up 100s times a night to rub that spot out) and traps feel good!
Where was this years ago??!! finally can sleep but shipping was kinda long
It’s the only pillow I’ve found (tried loads) which helps for ON. It does help my neck and stuff dont get me wrong, but wish it was cheaper. I’d like to buy a 2nd if it was within my budget.
This pillow does help a fair bit with my occipital pain. I’ve used it for 2 months and seen a noticeable improvement.
I would like to be able to purchase more pillow cases for it.
I currently just use normal pillowcases on it when I need a spare.
The pillow itself is awesome for my occipital pain. It would be perfect if they offered more color choices for the pillowcase.
