I've had fibromyalgia for decades and sleep is a problem for me. I have difficulty sleeping as a result of my condition - I also get increased symptoms in the morning if my head has been laying in a weird way.
I've tried a bunch of pillows (orthopedic, cervical etc.) and none of them did anything for me. Whereas this one, to my surprise, has actually given me some benefits. It's supportive without putting pressure on a specific area. When I use this, I wake up with less severe pain. It's not a miracle cure, but this pillow helps me a lot.

This was recommended to me by my pain therapist and I'm very satisfied after several months of use. Usually I wake up throughout the night in discomfort snce I developed fibromyalgia - this happens about 60% of the time for me.

I’m reviewing this pillow after using it for 6 months.

I bought something with a similar design from Amazon and the foam looked like trash after a week’s use so I didn’t expect much from this product.
I decided to give this one a try and I’ve felt a lot of benefits from it.

Quality is pretty good. It still looks new and feels comfortable to sleep on. I sometimes use a regular pillowcase with it, just to keep it clean.

Only downside I can think of is that it came in some boring plain packaging. But it’s no big deal 🙂

The pillow was recommended by the moderator of a fibromyalgia support group I follow on Facebook.

I was skeptical, because it’s a little bit pricey for me (I am retired).

Got this item 18 months ago, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by it.

I’ve tried a bunch of home remedies for sleeping with fibro before but none have worked for me so I didn’t expect much from this product. Despite my initial skepticism, it has reduced my symptoms by a decent amount.

It was delivered in 11 days (I live in Australia, so this was actually decent!).
