After trying 6 different pillows from other companies and Amazon - I can sday that this one is most suitable if you have kyphosis.
The design is perfect.
The foam is firmer than I am used to - it took a couple weeks to get used to.
But after 3 months of use, this has greatly decreased my pain in the mornings.

My husband bought this for me after I was diagnosed with kyphosis.
It works great. So far,it has prevented me from moving into bad positions during sleep.
A+ Design. Gives you all the support without tension on your neck. Though I was slightly disappointed that the delivery took a couple days longer than expected.
Does exactly what it says.
